Alfort Petroleum Conducts Onshore Seismic Acquisition Process in Angola
Alfort Petroleum, an Angolan company, has announced a public tender for the seismic acquisition process on Onshore Block KON 8, in partnership with the National Concessionaire ANPG.
The tender was launched on January 19, 2024, inviting several international companies, including AGS – Africa Geophysical Services LLC, BGP Inc. – China National Petroleum Corporation, GII – Geophysical Institute of Israel, Polaris Natural Resources Inc and Prospectiuni SA

KON-8 BLOCK VISIT
Alfort Petroleum, acting as Operator in partnership with ANPG, the National Concessionaire, held a meeting with the Quiçama administration, provincial government members, local traditional authorities, and the national police.
The meeting aimed to initiate visits to various areas within the concession, facilitating the development plan for exploration and execution of oil operations. Alfort Petroleum received an overview of the municipality, including its potential and challenges, from the administrator. They expressed their commitment to contributing to the socioeconomic and cultural development of the community.
