FOUNDING THE COMPANY
2007 marked the inception of Alfort Petroleum, established to bolster the Angolan oil sector.
Our recognized quality facilitated our evolution from a service provider to an operator
dedicated to national energy sector growth.
2015
BLOCK BIDDING ROUND
In 2015, Alfort Petroleum secured participation in Blocks KON5 and KON8 in the Kwanza Basin and operatorship of Block KON 5, a testament to our capabilities and trust within the industry, despite the subsequent cancellation of tenders for onshore blocks in the Kwanza and Lower Congo basins.
2022
PRODUCTION SHARING CONTRACT
2022 witnessed the signing of the Production Sharing Contract for Block KON-8, affirming our 50% stake and operatorship, a significant milestone in our journey.
